AceNgage was born from a simple question:

“What if we could truly listen to employees — and act on what matters most?”

Back in 2007, before “employee experience” became a buzzword, we saw a gap. Exit interviews were done mechanically, feedback was often lost in translation, and organizations struggled to understand why people left — or stayed.

So, we set out to change that.

With a background in HR and a deep belief in human psychology, we built AceNgage as a listening organization — one that doesn’t just gather data, but interprets it with empathy, context, and clarity. Over the years, our work has expanded across the entire employee lifecycle — from post-offer engagement to onboarding, pulse surveys, manager feedback, and exits.
