I have been associated with AceNgage since a pretty long time. We started the piece on exit interviews and analysis way back in 2019 and the service has been in line with the expectations. Attrition became a concern area for my organization post Covid and we were looking to tie up with a vendor who would understand the challenges faced in getting the right reasons from the exited employees. Krish and team understood the organization’s culture and the kind of people that worked here and helped frame questions to gather right insights basis the same. We also improvised a lot going forward with more data on trends, quarterly reports and the support from the team was phenomenal. The team was always available, understood the requirements clearly and not only delivered services but also helped us figure out different ways we could generate better insights.
