We started our Journey in Employee engagement
Our journey in employee engagement began with regular attrition reviews, revealing common reasons for departures like personal factors, better opportunities, salary, and relocation. Initially, addressing these issues seemed futile due to a lack of actionable outcomes.
However, we suspected deeper reasons behind these departures. We identified a flawed methodology in exit interviews, which often felt cursory, highlighting the need for a more comprehensive understanding of employees’ perspectives. Motivated by this insight, we conducted extensive research, ultimately leading to the creation of AceNgage.

Krish Hanumanthu
As the Co-Founder of AceNgage, Krish is involved in a wide range of People Operations, Human Resources, and Process Consulting, in addition to spearheading key sales and marketing initiatives.
With a decade-long legacy, Krish plays a pivotal role in nurturing client relationships and providing guidance on challenging people-related issues. His expertise spans recruitment, vendor management, induction quality, training effectiveness, and the development of innovative processes to bolster these areas.
Drawing from his background in hospitality, Krish upholds the philosophy that the ‘Customer is King’ at AceNgage.

Ashana K
Ashana holds a postgraduate degree in Management and boasts more than 16 years of experience in the Telecom industry, Outsourcing, and HR. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed different aspects of Delivery, including Recruitment, Training, Quality, Client Relationships, and Account Management.
Driven by her passion for teaching, Ashana regularly serves as a Guest Faculty for MBA/PGDBM students. Currently, she is dedicated to coaching managers to enhance their People Management Skills.
With a vision to establish AceNgage as the leading company specializing in Employee Engagement, Ashana aspires to make it the Numero Uno.
