A milestone! yXit has now been trademarked

We have been in business for the past 10+ years and have had the unique opportunity to study many companies across many different sectors. It’s amazing to think how a journey that has brought us so far all started over a cup of coffee and discussions about how companies were struggling to find out why their staff really left them and what they could have done differently had they known the real reason.

Right through our experiences, we have found that our exit interviews have helped both our clients as well as ourselves constantly uncover and learn more about why people stay in companies, why they become disengaged and why they leave. The Exit Interviews have helped us create new business lines to help employees, managers and leaders ‘up their game’ towards attraction, retention and engagement of their employees. Very often, understanding why people disconnect is the key to ensuring that they stay connected. Today marks a very important milestone in our journey as a company and as a service
provider to many of India’s biggest brands.

We have gone a step further and created a logo that would help us stand apart, head and shoulders, above the rest of the competition.
