We recently achieved a milestone in our business with the completion of 300,000 Exit Interviews. A journey that began in 2007 is still going strong.
Exit interviews have been an integral part of our business since our inception. We have prided ourselves in ensuring that our clients receive the best outcomes with our data and reporting, to see them through making big changes in their operations in both scope and depth.

Exit interviews are also a way for us to understand and fix what’s broken in the upstream systems of employee engagement – like manager enablement, first time manager training programs, team or organisation wide employee engagement surveys, focus group discussion projects for teams of all sizes and many other tools for our client organisations to leverage our expertise in transforming their People Operations.
