About AceCFM (Ace Coaching for Managers)
- The Coaching for Manager Programme is a powerful, transformational coaching approach to instill and enhance managerial values in junior managers. It is a combined skills and behavioral coaching program for managers. Going beyond the class room training by working with trainees for a period of at least twelve weeks to create the "before and after" transformation.
- The programme has been built based on studies and responses from over 7000 exit interviews, 30000 surveys.
- Target Audience - People Managers.
- The programme is customized, as each individual demonstrate varying degrees of these values at different times.
- Attitudinal / Behavioral changes in people will not take place in 1 - 2 days. The values have to be instilled into the person until he / she starts displaying them like a habit. To enable this, the Coaching For Manager programme lasts for 12 weeks.
- Minimum scores to claim successful completion is 4/5 across each values for the last 3 weeks and the maximum variance 10% between self-score, coach-score and 360 degree score.
- Designed for delivery with minimum interference at work (30 minutes/day in private time).
Contents of the program
- AceCFM (Coaching and Feedback for Managers) is a combined skills and behavioural coaching program for managers with the objectives of targeted coaching and continuous feedback to champion nine values and three skills (mentioned below).

- Transformation through targeted delivery of coaching based on individual needs
- Focus on refined use of techniques to demonstrate relevant values in managing teams
- Participants will need to meet a very high minimum standards for certification for successful completion course
Design Basis and Methodology
- Focus is on correct and regular use of skills and NOT on theoritical knowledge of skills.
- Extended engagement over 12 weeks to ensure transformation through rigorous appraisal and feedback process.
- Delivery of coaching without minimal or no disturbance to daily work schedules.
- 360 degree involvement to ensure compliance and commitment.
- Continuous feedback and coaching:
- A minimum of eight hours in person and three hours a week for six weeks over the phone, mails and the internet.
- Series of daily, weekly interventions and supervised self appraisals.
- Rigorous scoring of use of skills - five parameters for each value.
- Scoring and tracking of progress on an individual basis.
- Validation of demonstration of improvement done through 360 degree survey of team members and manager at least twice during the 12 weeks.
- Certification of successful completion only upon consistent high performance for at least three weeks continuously and validated by 360 degree survey results.
- Pre coaching preparation - 2 weeks
- Collecting relevant examples and scenarios.
- Participant data & Provisioning in databases.
- Schedule for contact session.
- Coaching & Feedback - 12 weeks
- 1 day of Contact Class; batch of 12-15 for 6-8 hours.
- Daily self appraisal for first 4 weeks.
- Weekly self appraisal for the remaining 8 weeks.
- Coaching and feedback for 3 hours / week over the web / mails / telephone.
- Implementation may be phased with 1-2 days intervals between each batch incase of more than one batch per location.

- Mid course 360 degree feedback from participant's team members and manager.
- End of course 360 degree feedback from participant's team members and manager.
