About the program

The Train to Retain program has been built based on feedback from over 100,000 exits . In a separate survey of managers conducted to understand their perspective the findings were equally interesting:

    Only 35 % of the employees felt that the Manager tried to retain the employee.

  • 68% of the employees said that they would have stayed back if the Manager showed a genuine interest in trying to retain them
  • 44% of the Managers expressed that the reason that they did not attempt was because they were unsure of what they could do

The objective of the Train to Retain Program is to assist Managers conduct superior retention discussions with employees in order to be able to retain them. Attrition not only has time, resource and financial implications, it affects the organizations image and reputation. Thereby Managers (HR /Ops) need the skills to be able to conduct a high impact conversation with the employees who want to leave and look at all the possibilities in trying to retain them. , hence this Train to Retain program enables them with knownledge to retain them.
